Tweens in grades 4 through 8 are invited to “dig up their ancestors” on Saturday, October 26, at 11:00 a.m. by learning how to research their family history using records in our Local History and Genealogy Department and online tools, such as ancestry.com. Genealogy Librarian David Distelhorst will be on hand to help!
Registration is required for this free program and will begin on October 7th. Space is limited! When Tweens register for this program, they will also need to pick up an Ancestry Chart at the Children’s Desk. Please fill out as much of the chart as possible, then bring it back to Tween Time to use while preforming genealogical research.
For more information or to register, contact the Children's Department at 330-832-5037.
