Tree of Life Tree Planting

Join us to celebrate Earth Day and commemorate all of our Tree of Life Tributes by helping us plant trees! On Saturday, April 20, 2024, we will be planting 452 trees as part of our Tree of Life program. The species will include a diverse mix of white pine, oaks, hickories, black gum, hornbeam, dogwoods, hazelnut, spicebush, and elderberry. We will be hosting volunteers in two shifts; 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. The plantings will be happening just North of Sigrist Woods. Meet us at the Pioneer Path trailhead (just North of the TWC Interpretive Building on Alabama Ave.).
