Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention utilizes Tai Chi’s Sun Style for its ability to improve relaxation, balance, and ease of use. Slow movements work to improve mental and physical balance.
When practiced daily, this program has been shown to decrease arthritis pain, prevent falls, increase flexibility, and improve overall focus. This program can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all ages. Developed by Dr. Paul Lam at the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
