Speaker Series: Posture and Breathing

Yoga instructor, Nate Jackson, helps runners practice better posture and develop breathing techniques for athletic performance. This won’t be your typical yoga flow and will feature yoga techniques to improve your running. (Nate also led Stand Up Paddle Board yoga courses last summer at Stark Parks).

An optional group run will follow the program
