We kickoff the Running Stark Speaker Series with Nutritionist, Rachel Stockle. Whether you are running marathons or running a household, if we focus on utilizing food as medicine we can reverse and prevent chronic disease. After teaching conventional calories in and calories out approach without much improvement with clients, Rachel decided to make a change. Her research in gut health, bacteria imbalances, and and how gluten is connected to diseases and inflammation allows her to create individualized nutrition plans to improve quality of life for patients with food sensitivities including gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune conditions, diabetes, and weight management.
