Being comfortable on a bicycle is the best way to enjoy bicycling. Every pedal stroke can move your bicycle easily and efficiently with a good fitting bicycle. This comes from having the right seat the proper height for you, the correct position over the pedals, along with having your handlebars the optimum height and distance away from you. Learn how do adjust your bicycle to the best position for you. Bring your bicycle, and the following tools: 4, 5, & 6 mm allen (hex) wrenches and/or any open-end wrenches to fit your seatpost binder (this could be a quick release lever), saddle bolts, and handlebar bolts. There will be some tools available, but probably not enough for everyone. Plus, if you want to make your own minor adjustments at a later date, having your own tools is best.
