Meet Author Marnie Schneider

Celebrate Enshrinement Week with Marnie Schneider, author of Football Freddie & Fumble the Dog: GameDay in the USA books. Marnie’s books are inspired by fond memories visiting NFL cities as the daughter of the first female GM of an NFL team.

 

Books will be available for purchase and signing.

Philadelphia native Marnie’s life has been driven by sports. Her grandfather, Leonard Tose, was the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles and also founded the Ronald McDonald House. His dedication to family, charity, and sports taught Marnie the importance of giving back, something she has carried forward into her career in the nonprofit sector. Marnie’s Mom Susan Tose Spencer was the first and only female GM of a NFL team, she was also their legal council and VP.

Some of Marnie’s fondest memories are of visiting and exploring NFL cities when traveling with the Eagles.

She loves the Ronald McDonald House and visits locations in every city she travels to and serves on the board of the Charlotte Ronald McDonald House.

Marnie, attended Penn State University, was President of her sorority Tri -Delta, and she majored in broadcast journalism.

Marnie worked at the world famous NFL FILMS after graduation for legendary filmmaker Steve Sabol.

Marnie, along with her maverick Mom Susan are the creators and authors of Football Freddie and Fumble the Dog: GameDay in the USA a popular children’s book series.

Fun Fact:

?- Marnie played the flight attendant, Joyce, in the Adam Sandler movie The Wedding Singer
