The library hosts Meditation classes led by guest presenter Gwen Miller on two Tuesdays each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. These sessions are for beginners as well as those who are more advanced in practice.
Meditation has been found to increase energy and focus, combat illness, relieve aches and pains, heighten problem-solving abilities, and boost motivation and productivity. Best of all, anyone can reap these benefits by practicing meditation regularly.
Registration is required for each session.
