Friends of the Pound will explain the operations of the Stark County Dog Pound - lost/found dogs, adoption and volunteer opportunities. A certified dog bite educator will give tips to stay safe.
Bring a photo of your dog in their Halloween costume to enter the costume contest.
Starting October 2, approved dog donations will be accepted.
