Home Buyer Workshop: ready to begin the road toward home ownership, but don't know where to being? Let us walk you through the steps to your first purchase, from obtaining mortgage pre-approval, to selecting the perfect real estate agent, and the requirements to apply for the City of Canton Down Payment Assistance Program. We also invite a different lender each month and a realtor to talk about the homebuyer process through their eyes. After you attend this workshop you will be ready to schedule a one on one appointment with our HUD-Counselor here at CBP to create your next steps to get you ready to go to a lender!
