Accessible Birding Oct 24 in Hartville

As fall migration of birds intensifies and reports by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service of the extinction of 23 birds & other species grab headlines, the Canton Audubon Society is sponsoring an accessible birding field trip to attract new and experienced nature lovers of all ages and abilities. The event will take place  at Quail Hollow Park, 13480 Congress Lake Ave NE, Hartville--Sunday, Oct 24 at 9 a.m.--Follow signs to Manor House parking lot and paved trail. 

The site has a flat paved trail, with a portable accessible toilets and handicapped-accessible parking.  A few binoculars and field guides will be available on loan at the events, but participants can enjoy the outing without them, or may bring their own. 

The Canton Audubon Society is dedicated to welcoming every one of all races, ethnicities, religions, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations, and abilities. To accomplish this the local organization will identify obstacles and improve opportunities for diverse audiences to pursue nature activities.
